At Emmo, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
